Fees for modern fiduciary appointments [non-trustee] are established on a case‑by‑case basis, reflecting the scope and complexity of the fiduciary responsibilities, the terms and structure of the governing instrument, the scale and composition of assets, and the statutory and instrument‑level protections afforded to the fiduciary. Fees may be structured as a basis point percentage applied to total assets under management or as a fixed annual flat fee. Fiduciary engagements are subject to a minimum of $10,000 per annum.
Reasonable out‑of‑pocket expenses incurred in connection with the engagement; including, but not limited to, travel, tax preparation and accounting services, legal fees, and other costs directly related to administrative duties, are billed separately and are payable in addition to standard compensation.

Fees for advisory and consulting services are charged at a rate of $500 per hour and are based on time spent. Fees are payable in quarterly installments and all advisory and/or consulting engagements are subject to a minimum of $5,000. A retainer may be required depending on the scope and complexity of the anticipated services.
